Since April of 1997 we have grown from just a few families to about 170 families
from every region of the United States and around the world! Soli Deo Gloria!

It's great fun and mighty super
To write or talk to a Looper;
There are very few friends out here
Who have this home teaching career.
Isolation can be alright,
But I need friends who are in "sight".
Know what makes any day so keen?
Loopers popping up on my screen.

Care to look at some Looper families? Thanks to Allen Mulvey, we have an online photo directory!

Another wonderful resource for Lutheran Homeschooling families is Feed My Lambs, a quarterly newsletter by Lutheran (LCMS) Homeschoolers for Lutheran Homeschoolers. Email Rev. & Mrs. Dale (Julee) Byrnestad for more information, or visit their website.

Luther's Small Catechism

"I am afraid that schools will prove to be wide gates to hell unless they diligently labor in
explaining the Holy Scriptures, engraving them in the hearts of youth. I advise no one
to place his child where the Scriptures do not reign paramount. Every institution in
which men are not constantly occupied with the Word of God must become corrupt."
